Mirza Ghulam Qadiani used to sleep with Non-Mahram women

Story of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani and Bhano:

                                                       Translation:

"Dr Mir Muhammad Ismail stated to me that Mirza's wife one day narrated that an old lady BHANO used to work at her home. Once during sever cold at night; she sat down to press (the legs of) Huzoor (Mirza Ghulam Qadiani). Because she was pressing from over the quilt, that's why she did not know what she was pressing was bed's wooden side panel instead of Huzoor's (Mirza Ghulam Qadiani)'s legs. After a while, Hazrat Sahab (Mirza Ghulam) said, Bhano! its very cold today. Bhano replied, 'thats why your legs are stiff like wood.'"

- [Seerat ul Mahdi: Volume 1, Page # 722, Narration # 780, Paragraph number 2]

"Rasool bibi - wife of Hafiz Hamid Ali and hushdaman Molvi Abdur Rahman sahab fazil narrated through Muhtarrma Murad Khatoon Sahiba - mother of Khalifa Salahuddeen Sahib narrated that me and Rasool Bibi Sahiba - wife of Khurud Babu Shah Deen - the two of us used to massage the feet of Huzoor (Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani). One night Huzoor stated that - 'wake me up when i start getting ilhaams (revelations),'. Huzoor's start receiving Ilham, so she (Rasool Bibi) told me to wake him up, and i said 'you wake up him', In the end, i said it's a command of Huzoor and it will be considered a sin if we do not wake him up. We woke him up. Huzoor asked if we had heard anything, or if we had saw. I replied, no. He had a pen near his headrest and huzoor (Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani) wrote it down. Huzoor then stated 'now i will call you to massage my legs at an earlier time'. Between midnight and 1 O'clock Huzoor started receiving revelations. We knew that when huzoor would start receiving ilham, huzoor would feel cold and he would shiver and huzoor would murmur also."

Forget about sleeping with Non-Mahram Women, Does Islam allows Muslims to even touch Non-Mahram women?

Ma’qil ibn Yasar Narrated:

The Holy Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said:“For one of you to be stabbed in the head with an iron needle is better for him than that he should touch a woman who is not permissible for him (Na-Mahram)."

- [Jamia At-Tabrani Al Kabir, Hadith number 486]

This Hadith is classified as "Sahih" (authentic)

Did the Holy Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) ever touched Non-Mahram women?

‘Aishah (r.a) the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“When the believing women emigrated to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), they would be tested in accordance with Allah’s saying: ‘O Prophet! When believing women come to you to give you the pledge...’”[60:12]
‘Aishah said: “Whoever among the believing women affirmed this, passed the test. When they affirmed that, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would say to them: ‘Go, for you have given your pledge.’ No, by Allah! The hand of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) never touched the hand of any woman, rather he accepted their pledge in words only.” ‘Aishah said: “By Allah, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) did not demand of women (in their pledge) anything other than that which Allah had commanded, and the hand of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) never touched the hand of a woman. He would say to them, when he had accepted their pledge: ‘You have given your pledge,’ verbally.”

  1. BHANO BIBI? (MASSAGE FROM WOMEN)
The allegation of the anti Ahmadis has no basis to it and is not in reality an allegation according to the Islamic teachings. Ahmadas who was the Imam Mahdi and Messiah lived his entire life as a Prophet and he only gained such a rank because of his love for Muhammadsaw. When Ahmadas spent four years in Sialkot, during his early life, there are two amazing incidents which we have recorded that took place by non Ahmadi Muslims. The first one which we have obtained from is from Maulana Syed Mir Hussan who was a teacher of Allama Iqbal who explained that Ahmadas lived on rent in Kashmir, and would always be reciting the Qur’an sitting, standing and walking and would cry continuously praying to Allah. This is a statement which was recorded by a non Ahmadi and he also stated that he stayed away from all sins.

Now other non Ahmadi Muslims testified that when Ahmadas would come home, before entering the house he would not turn around when closing the door rather would close it from behind with his hands, incase a non Mahram was behind him. He would spend his nights with long sajdahs and would write ayahs and keep them on the wall and focus on them wholeheartedly. Can any allegation be raised against such a Prophet?

Allah Has Clearly Stated in the Qur’an:

    قُلْ لَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ مَا تَلَوْتُهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَا أَدْرَاكُمْ بِهِ ۖ فَقَدْ لَبِثْتُ فِيكُمْ عُمُرًا مِنْ قَبْلِهِ ۚ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ {17} فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ {18}

Say, ‘If Allah had so willed, I should not have recited it to you nor would He have made it known to you. I have indeed lived among you a whole lifetime before this. Will you not then understand?’ Who is then more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah or he who treats His Signs as lies? Surely, the guilty shall never prosper.(Chapter 10 Verses 17-18)

This argument is an extremely beautiful argument which Allah has Given us in the Qur’an. It is one of the characteristics of a prophet and is a clear proof of a prophets truthfulness. This argument shows us that the previous life of a claimant of prophethood should be a life of truthfulness. When we look at the life of Ahmadas, it is also clear that his life before his claim was clean and he was known to be truthful and a true champion of Islam. His own opponents who turned against him, are a witness to this. The prophet is well known before his claim as being truthful, righteous, and humble as well. It is not possible for a truthful person who has never spoken a single lie, to suddenly lie in regards to a claim, he states is from Allah.

    Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmadas states:

“Now look, Allah has fulfilled his argument upon you such that He has manifested thousands of signs in support of my claim, and thus given you the opportunity to contemplate as to the status of that man who invites you to this dispensation, and how many arguments he presents. You cannot point to any defect or imposture or falsehood or deceit in my early life on the basis of which you might hold that a person who had been given to falsehood and imposture has put forward his claim falsely. Is there anyone from among you who can point to any fault in my life? It is the pure grace of God that from the beginning, He kept me firmly grounded in righteousness and this is proof for those who reflect.” (Tadhkiratush-Shahadatain, Ruhani Khazain, Volume 20, Page 64)

    Heas also states:

“The virtuous life that I have been blessed with is testified to by heavenly signs and is not a mere claim on my part It is impossible to prove that a person’s life is truly pious, or to reveal someone’s latent hypocrisy and disbelief, without the help of heavenly testimony” (Four Questions by Sirajjuddin, a Christian and their Answers, Pages 17-18)

  2. Even the opponents of Mirza Ghulam Ahmadas were witnesses to his truthfulness. Here are some statements:

One of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmadas‘s most bitterest opponents, Maulvi Sanaullah Amritsari, wrote in his book, Tarikh-e-Mirza, that he had such a great respect and honor for him that he used to visit him in Qadian on foot. Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmadas “emerged as a defender of the faith” in his eyes.

Another bitter opponent, Maulvi Muhammad Hussain Batalvi stated:

“The level to which we are aware of the circumstances and thoughts of the writer of Barahin-e-Ahmadiyyah is such that there would perhaps be very few from among our contemporaries who are so knowledgeable. The writer is of the same country as ours, as a matter of fact in our early days (when we would read Qutubi and Sharah Mulla) he studied with us.”(Isha’atus Sunnah, Volume 7, Page 6)

More testimonies can be read under the section of truthfulness from the Holy Qur’an with the heading, “Pure Character”. Moving on, there are two narrations accused. The first one states that an old lady who was the house lady, was pressing the feet of Ahmadas. Firstly the narration says she was a house person and was really old. She was so old that she was not even aware of whether she was pressing the bed or the leg of Ahmadas. Another narration also comes from a person who was present in the room who states that the leg was being pressed from over a blanket. There is no room for an allegation here. The scholars of Islam are aware that the conditions of Purdah are much different in regards to the elderly. Its also important to note that the wife of the Promised Messiahas was there as well, which further shows it has no relation to anything wrong at all.

Ibn Qudamah a famous scholar of Damascus who is accepted by many Muslims today as one of the great Hanbali scholars stated:

“Whoever no longer feels any desire, because of old age, impotence or incurable illness, or because he is a eunuch… or a Mukhannath (the effeminate man or a man who has female hormones) who feels no desire, the ruling that applies to such a man is the same as the ruling that applies to mahrams regarding looking at women, because Allah says “Or Old age male servants who lack vigour” (24:32) meaning those who feel no desire for women. Ibn Abbas said: This is one of whom women do not feel shy. He also said this refers to the impotent in regards to the women”.

It is clear that the purdah of the house women is also different than ordinary women and this is stated by Ibn Taymiyyah as well in Majmu-al-Fatawa as well. He has explained this in depth in his book and he is considered as one of the greatest Islamic scholars as is also a mujadid.
There are many more statements of the Fuqhaha who agree that the purdah with the elderly is much different. The reality is that both Ahmadas and the old person had no sexual desire or any other bad thoughts. The Qur’an has included the old male attendants who have no sexual appetite in the same category as family members and the mahrams.

  3. Ahmadas was old and so was the women and she had a barrier as well. Both had no wrong intentions at all. Allah States:

    وَقُلْ لِلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّ ۖ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَائِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي إِخْوَانِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِي أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَائِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُنَّ أَوِ التَّابِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُولِي الْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ أَوِ الطِّفْلِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا عَلَىٰ عَوْرَاتِ النِّسَاءِ ۖ وَلَا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِنْ زِينَتِهِنَّ ۚ وَتُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ {32}

And say to the believing women that they restrain their eyes and guard their private parts, and that they disclose not their natural and artificial beauty except that which is apparent thereof, and that they draw their head-coverings over their bosoms, and that they disclose not their beauty save to their husbands, or to their fathers, or the fathers of their husbands or their sons or the sons of their husbands or their brothers, or the sons of their brothers, or the sons of their sisters, or their women, or what their right hands possess, or such of male attendants as have no sexual appetite, or young children who have no knowledge of the hidden parts of women. And they strike not their feet so that what they hide of their ornaments may become known. And turn ye to Allah all together, O believers, that you may succeed.(Chapter 24 Verse 32)

Allah has even allowed the elderly women to take off their veils despite it being better for them to keep it on. Allah States:

As to elderly women, who have no desire for marriage — there is no blame on them if they lay aside their outer clothing without displaying their beauty. But to abstain from that even is better for them. And Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. (Chapter 24 Verse 61)

Another statement writes that Ahmadas was busy doing his work for the sake of Allah and the spread of Islam and a lady came in and went to the far corner of that area and was showering there. The anti Ahmadis try accusing Ahmadas but do not read the entire story. The same narration states that Ahmadas did not even look that way and the girl was later stopped by a house worker. The lady bathing replied by saying that he doesn’t even see and nor did he look here or knew that I was here. There is no room for an allegation in this statement, rather it supports the truth of Ahmadas. The opponents of Muhammadsaw also do such things and misinterpret statements to attack the character of Muhammadsaw, the greatest of all Prophets. How upsetting is it that the maulvis of our age have become just like the opponents of Muhammadsaw? Ahmadas‘s entire life was lived as a Prophet and this is a fact.

  4. When Maulana Sanaullah (r.a) called Mirza Qadiani for Manazara, he didn't come but sent one of his followers who he would call his so called khalifa. Maulana asked even Mirza's name is Ghulam e Ahmad (Slave of Ahmad) how did the slave claimed himself equal or even superior t
to his master. That khalifa said Actually Mirza did slavery of prophet (s.a.w) to the extent that eventually he himself became a prophet. Maulana said if that is the case, my name is Sana ullah (the one who praises god) . I praised god to the extent that I myself have become a god. Prophets are sent by god, and I say you're not my prophet.
