Mirza Ghulam's views about Ahmadis' who don't read his books

- [Seerat ul Mahdi (Old version): Volume No. 2, Page 78, Narration No. 407]
Transliteration:

“Molvi sher ali sahab nay mujh say bayan kiya ke hazrat sahab fermaya kertay thay ke hamari jamat ke aadmiyon ko chahye ke kam az kam 3 dafa hamari kitabon ka mutala karen aur fermatay thay ke jo hamari kitabon ka mutala nahi kerta us ke iman ke mutaliq mujhay shuba hai."

Translation:

"Molvi Sher Ali narrated to me that hazrat sahib (Mirza Ghulam Qadiani) used to say that the people of our jamat should study my book atleast thrice, and he stated, that the person who does not study my books, i doubt his imaan (faith)"

- [Seerat ul Mahdi (Old version): Volume No. 2, Page 78, Narration No. 407]

As you can see, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani recommended his followers to read his writings at least 3 times, and he doubted the imaan of those who fail to study his books.

However, in the new addition of Seerat ul Mahdi, they have not only shuffled the narration number from 407 to 410 but also changed the last portion of the narration:

- [Seerat ul Mahdi: Volume No. 1, Page 365, Narration No. 410]

Transliteration:

“Molvi Sher Ali sahib nay mujh say bayaan kia k hazrat sahib (Mirza) farmaya kartay tay ke ko shakhs hamari kitabon ko kamaz kam theen (3) dafa nahein parta, us mein ek kisam ka kibr paya jaata hai”

Translation:

"Molvi Sher Ali narrated to me that hazrat sahib (Mirza) used to say that whichever person does not read my books at least 3 times, then he holds a form of kibr (pride)"
