Abundance of Wealth When Isa ﷺ Descends

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.

All Praise is for Allah, and may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Final Messenger Muhammad ﷺ.

One of the signs of Isa ﷺ when he returns to Earth is that there will be an abundance of wealth, so much that there will be nobody to accept charity.

This prophecy of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ has been narrated in Sahih Al-Bukhari:

Narrated by Abu Huraira (r.a):

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The Hour will not be established until the son of Mary descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and abolish the Jizya tax. Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it"

- [Sahih Bukhari: Hadith No. 2476]

I recently came across a hilarious Ahmadi (Qadiani) interpretation regarding the abundance of money that is mentioned in this Hadith.  Ahmadis, as usual, say that 'money' here is not literal, but metaphorical, and refers to the books of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad compiled in Ruhani Khazain!  Here is a screenshot from the infamous Ahmadi website AhmadiAnswers

This Ahmadi explanation of the Hadith is ridiculous on so many levels. First of all, if we look at other corroborating Ahadith, it is crystal clear that the abundance of money is to be taken literally.  For example, the following Hadith is in Sahih Muslim:

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying:
"The Last Hour will not come before wealth becomes abundant and overflowing, so much so that a man takes Zakat out of his property and cannot find anyone to accept it from him and till the land of Arabia becomes meadows and rivers."
- [Sahih Muslim: Hadith No. 157]
Can wealth here be interpreted as 'Ruhani Khazaein by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani'? How does one pay Zakat on 'Ruhani Khazaein'?

Secondly, if we look again at the wording of the Hadith narrated in Bukhari, the Prophet ﷺ said:

 وَيَفِيضَ الْمَالُ حَتَّى لاَ يَقْبَلَهُ أَحَدٌ

"Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it"

The Arabic in this statement is very clear, that NOBODY will accept the money.  The word 'Ahad' in the phrase:

 لاَ يَقْبَلَهُ أَحَدٌ

 "Nobody will accept it."

Leaves no room for exceptions.  So, when Ahmadis say that 'money' refers to 'Ruhani Khazain' they are saying that NOT A SINGLE PERSON accepted the books of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani!  Is this true? Did Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani have ZERO followers?  What about Mirza Ghulam Qadiani's wife, and his son, Mirza Mahmood?  What about Nooruddin?  Did they reject the 'knowledge and wisdom' of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani? According to the Ahmadi interpretation of the Hadith, NOBODY, including these people just mentioned, were actually Ahmadi, because they rejected the books of Mirza Ghulam Qadiani!

As usual, the Ahmadis have cornered themselves with their ludicrous interpretations!

May Allah allow them to see the insanity of Ahmadiyya community, and guide them to Islam. Aameen

May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Final Messenger Muhammad ﷺ, his family, his companions, and those that follow them until that Last Day.

UPDATE:-

Within hours of putting up this post, AhmadiAnswers's admin responded, as expected.  But his 'refutation' is almost as hilarious as his original post!

Firstly, he once again completely rejected a Hadith from Sahih Muslim, because it clearly disproves his position, and destroys Ahmadiyya.  When a Sahih Hadith contradicts Mirza Ghulam Qadiani, rather than accept Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and reject Mirza Ghulam Qadiani, the Ahmadis accept Mirza Ghulam and reject Prophet Muhammad ﷺ !

May ALLAH guide them to the right path. Aameen

Secondly, Ahmadi website tried to bring some Ahadith that mention the word 'Ahad', to show that the word can accommodate exceptions or specification. However, these narrations he brought forth CLEARLY STATE THE EXCEPTIONS OR SPECIFICATION, whereas the Hadith from Bukhari mentions the word 'Ahad' WITHOUT STATING ANY EXCEPTION OR SPECIFICATION. The Ahmadi website is trying to compare apples and oranges here, and he's counting on the diminished intellectual capabilities of Ahmadis to pull the wool over their eyes.  When the word 'Ahad' is mentioned in a negative sentence, and no exceptions or specifications are mentioned, then NOBODY means NOBODY, without exception.

For those who don't understand Arabic, the rule is the same in English -- for example, if I say, "Nobody is home," and I don't mention any exception, then can an exception exist?  Or does NOBODY mean NOBODY?  If my mother is home, can I still truthfully say, "Nobody is home."?  Of course not!  If I wanted to convey this meaning I would have to say, "Nobody is home except my mother." The same rule applies in Arabic, and, I would imagine, other languages.

If I say:

لا يوجد في البيت أحد

It means, "Nobody is home," and there is no possibility for exceptions, because no exceptions are mentioned.

But if I say:

لا يوجد في البيت أحد إلا أمي

It means, "Nobody is home except my mother."  Here the exception IS MENTIONED, so the meaning is not the same.No logical person would say that the two above sentences have the same meaning, whether in Arabic, or English. But logic of the Ahmadi website, that the word 'Nobody' can have exceptions even if no exceptions are mentioned, is logic that, if applied, would completely destroy the Arabic language.  For example, Allah says:

قُلْ إِنِّي لَن يُجِيرَنِي مِنَ اللَّهِ أَحَدٌ وَلَنْ أَجِدَ مِن دُونِهِ مُلْتَحَدًا

"Say: Surely no one can protect me against Allah, nor can I find besides Him any place of refuge."

This is an example where 'Ahad' is used in a negative statement, without any exceptions or specifications mentioned, similar to the Hadith from Bukhari regarding the abundance of money.  Would anyone dare say that there can be an exception to 'no one' here?  But alas! Using Ahmadis believe that Mirza Ghulam Qadiani will save them from Allah!
Naudhu Billah!

There are more examples in the Quran, where 'Ahad' is used in a negative statement, with no exceptions or specification mentioned, and it is clear EACH and EVERY time, that THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY FOR EXCEPTION.  Here are some examples for those who are interested:

فَمَن كَانَ يَرْجُو لِقَاءَ رَبِّهِ فَلْيَعْمَلْ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا وَلَا يُشْرِكْ بِعِبَادَةِ رَبِّهِ أَحَدًا

"Whoever expects to meet his Lord, let him work righteousness, and, in the worship of his Lord, admit no one as partner."

Using Ahmadi website's Arabic, Mushriks can say that this ayah allows shirk!
Naudhu Billah!

Similarly, Allah says:

فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُعَذِّبُ عَذَابَهُ أَحَدٌ  وَلَا يُوثِقُ وَثَاقَهُ أَحَدٌ

"But on that day shall no one chastise with (anything like) His chastisement,
And no one shall bind with (anything like) His binding."

Using Ahmadi website's Arabic, one can argue that others will be able to chastise like the chastisement of Allah, and bind like the binding of Allah!  Naudhu Billah!

So, as we can see, in their pitiful attempt to save Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani, Ahmadis are forced to destroy the Arabic language, and by doing so, they open the door to false interpretation of the Quran and Hadith.  May Allah save us from such deceptive people!

The take-home of Ahmadi website's 'refutation':

  1. Once again, Ahmadi website rejects an authentic Hadith from Sahih Muslim that disproves Ahmadiyya.
  2. Ahmadi website lack of knowledge of Arabic language causes them to misinterpret the Hadith, and opens the door to misinterpretation of the Quran.
  3. Ahmadi website tries to capitalise on the general ignorance of Ahmadis regarding the Arabic language, and brings linguistically invalid analogies in an attempt to deceive the people.

May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Final Messenger Muhammad ﷺ, his family, his companions, and those that follow them until that Last Day.

May ALLAH guide Ahmadis to the right path. Aameen
